At present, Mytona’s content moderation systems apply uniform standards globally, and do not differentiate moderation actions based on the geographic location of players.

Player-Initiated Reports
4. Content Moderation on Mytona’s Own Initiative
In addition to player reports, Mytona proactively moderates content on its own initiative in accordance with our Terms of Service and Community Code.
5. Automated Content Moderation Systems
5.1 Use of Automated Tools
Mytona uses automated tools within its Social Hub features to support the moderation process. These tools do not independently analyze or classify content. Automated processes are applied in connection with player reporting activity and may result in the application of temporary restrictions or penalties in accordance with Mytona’s rules. They are designed to support human moderation and do not operate as the sole basis for enforcement decisions.
5.2 Automated Moderation Outcomes
6. Average Time to Act on Notices
During the reporting period, Mytona’s average response time for processing notices and taking moderation action was:
Within 24 hours from receipt of the notice.
Response times may vary depending on the complexity and severity of the reported content.
7. Complaints and Appeals Against Moderation Decisions
If a player disagrees with moderation actions or sanctions applied to their account, such player may contact Mytona’s Customer Support to request a review.
Requests for review are assessed by a human agent, who evaluates the circumstances of the case and the applicable rules. Where a moderation action is found to be unjustified or applied in error, the sanction may be lifted or adjusted accordingly.
Mytona does not operate a formal, standalone appeal system; however, requests submitted via Customer Support allow players to seek human review of moderation decisions.
8. Additional Information
Mytona continues to review and improve its content moderation processes to ensure compliance with applicable laws and to promote a safe and respectful environment for players.
